Transfer – Airports and Train Station

We remind you that all transfers are exclusively reserved for those who have booked them through the delegates’ dashboard. Only passengers already listed and provided to the drivers will be accepted on board. No exceptions will be made.

If the table indicates “Bus,” the vehicle will be a Bus; if it indicates “Van,” the vehicle could be a Van, a car, or a Bus.

The buses and vans will display the event sign on the front of the vehicle.

The seafront area has pedestrian zones and no transit areas, so it is not possible to pass or stop in front of the hotels. Buses will drop off teams at the Bus Stops, which are the closest pick-up points to the hotels where transit is allowed. At the bottom of the page, there is a map of the Bus Stops in Pesaro.

To board the buses, it is necessary to present yourself to the driver, who will check your presence on the list. The drivers have already noted the Bus Stop where they will drop you off.
