Return Transfers to Airports and Train Station

All transfers are reserved exclusively for those who have booked them through the delegates’ dashboard. Only passengers already on the list given to the drivers will be accepted on board. No exceptions will be made.

The buses and vans will display the event sign on the front of the vehicle.

The buses will pick up the teams at the Bus Stops. At the bottom of the page, there is a map showing their locations.

To board the buses, you must present yourself to the driver, who will verify your presence on the list.

Be on time, the buses will not wait at the Bus Stops!

All transfers are scheduled to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the flight.

The departure times (pickup time) refer to the departure from Bus Stop 1. The bus will arrive at the subsequent Bus Stops a few minutes later. However, be on time at the stops because if there are no people at the previous Bus Stops, the bus will arrive immediately.

The following times cannot be changed in any way.
