Team registration will take place on Friday 21 June 2024, from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm, at the Registration Center.

For particular situations and needs, we are available to manage this phase in an alternative way, upon agreement.

1. The Delegate Manager(s) of the team must present themselves at the Registration Center and it will be checked whether everything required has been done and whether it complies with the regulations published on the website; therefore, the team will be registered and will be able to participate in the Championship. The main activities during this day will be:
   Delivery by the Manager and relative verification by the Committee staff of the waiver certificates, signed in original by all the players, as requested by FIMBA; are the declarations of indemnification of liability and waiver that are commonly called “Waivers”
2. Delivery and verification of the “Delegate Form”, signed in original by the team manager.
3. Check that all payments have been made, as per the regulation registration costs; if there are any financial debts still to be paid, payment can exceptionally be made on site, by credit card or cash, but possibly must be made in advance by bank transfer to the COL MAXIPESARO2024 account:

   specifying the reason clearly.
   Payment of the registration fee and the fees for each additional person (player, coach, or auxiliary) compared to what is included in the registration fee (14 people), as well as any companions, will be verified. Each person in addition to the basic number must have paid this fee, including the additional fee per person in case the Accommodation Package provided by the Organizing Committee is not chosen by the team or by the person. I take this opportunity to underline that this additional fee is neither a tax nor a fine but is what allows the Organizing Committee to cover the costs of the event; has been defined, agreed and contracted with FIMBA, therefore it is an integral part of the Regulation.
   Without payment of this fee, the team, or person, will not be admitted to the Championship. The teams, or people, who have instead taken the Accommodation Package, do not have to pay this additional fee because the price of the chosen Package includes it.
4. A named and personalized badge, with QR code, will be delivered to each person. This badge, equipped with a ribbon, must always be worn in order to enter the event venues, gyms, arenas and various types of venues. The badge is also an important security and control tool, without this badge you will not have access anywhere, neither for the players nor for the team staff but not even for the companions. The badge/pass will also be used to use all the services that the Organizing Committee makes available, including transport. To use an oftrepeated slogan, “no badge, no entry”
5. A personalized Championship bag will be delivered which will contain Overtime magazine, an 800 cc branded aluminum water bottle and various gadgets. This is for everyone, players, coaches, staff, assistants, companions.
6. The championship participation diploma will be delivered, companions excluded.
